6months Already

Man I can't believe I'm already 6 months pregnant!  It's just crazy.  Till now I've been working full time and a lot has taken toll on my body.  To me it seems like my body really changed during this pregnancy.  I don't remember the tightness in my belly as much as I do now.  It also doesn't help that I have 3 flights of stairs to go up and down just to do laundry or other household duties!! Sorry for the little rant.  So on to other wonderful things, EATING, EATING, and MORE EATING.  Last night marked a night of cravings and this morning I had to do research and actually make some kind of quiche.  I needed to find something easy, fast, and little ingredients.  So using Pinterest I found on ManilaSpoon Spinach Quiche in a Muffin Pan.  I didn't exactly use all the ingredients that were described but got the basics. 

4 eggs

Chopped up half an onion

Sautaed 2 Roman Tomato's and Onions

Mixed the Eggs and Sauteed Tomato's and Onions

Added some cheese

And wallah stuck it 2 - 6 pan muffin pans
(These were dollar tree pans, but best is to use non stick pans or it will stick to the bottom even it you oil it down)

Well hope you guys enjoy!  Because I sure did!!  I bet bacon would taste even better with this mix!  If you have any other suggestions let me know, would love to try it!   I will hopefully be back posting regularly during the next couple of weeks every Friday so keep a look out.  Take care and God Bless.

Baby Baby Baby oh Baby

Happy new years everyone!   What an amazing wonderful year of change it has been.  Its crazy to think this year is going to get even more amazing with the new baby on the way.

Thank you God for you unfailing love...

As I sit here and begin to reminisce about my past and where I came from, I have to sit and thank God for all that he has done in my life!  From getting married, to having a wonderful beautiful baby girl, whom is now 5, and to the wonderful and beautiful people I have met a long the way!  God you are truly amazing!

God keeps blessing us with more and more and its amazing!  I recently took a test this past weekend and GUESS WHAT!!!  Baby two is on the way!!!   Gabby is so excited!  She checks on me whenever she can asking mommy does the baby need anything.  Its amazing to love someone whom isn't even here yet!  Thank you God for this blessing!  I will keep you all updated when I go on a Dr. visit!  Now back to work :(  God bless you all.

The anticipated moment....

She finally made her appearance on September 30Th, 2009 full of energy, charisma, and life.

Gabriella Angelina Hurtado the new addition to the Hurtado family. My husband and I are so blessed with our little Angel, and thank God everyday for her. She is now a month and three weeks, and is growing like crazy. She is so amazing, in her first week she held her bottle, and tried to sit up. I will be blogging on another site about Gabby here - http://gabriellahurtado.blogspot.com/ , so if you would like to continue to read stories and see pictures of our little one go there.
